近日，来自中国的全球CAR-T细胞药物自主创新引领者--森朗生物，宣布公司将于2025年12月6日-9日亮相在美国佛罗里达州奥兰多市举行的第67届美国血液学会（ASH）年会。公司旗下核心产品CD7靶点产品SENL101、CD19/BCMA双靶点产品SL1703、CD19/CD20双靶点产品SL1716和BCMA/GPRC5D双靶点产品SL0439等6项最新临床研究成果将在本届大会期间正式发布，并通过口头汇报和壁报进行展示，全面呈现其在血液肿瘤领域CAR-T细胞疗法的最新研发进展。
其中，靶向CD7的CAR-T 细胞疗法 SENL101在治疗复发/难治性T-ALL/LBL患者的I期临床试验（CARMA-I研究）结果表现亮眼，展现出卓越的疗效和较同类产品更有临床优势的安全性。在16例接受细胞回输的受试者中，总体ORR高达87.5%（14/16），其中62.5%（10/16）的患者达到了CR/CRi；而在安全性方面，87.5%（14/16）的受试者出现细胞因子释放综合征（CRS），绝大多数为1级或2级，且研究期间未观察到免疫效应细胞相关神经毒性综合征（ICANS）。目前，支持SENL101上市的关键临II期床研究已启动，以进一步验证其临床获益。
